In 2023, P34B committed to investing in sign language capabilities, to enable us to support those with hearing difficulties. Sarah achieved British Sign Language (BSL) Level 1 award in September 2023 and commenced BSL Level 2 training from October 2023 and is continually developing her skills, capability and confidence through applied learning.
