P34B has achieved remarkable success with its Skills Bootcamps, demonstrating a strong commitment to bridging the skills gap and supporting the local community. One of the key highlights of the bootcamps is the impressive number of participants who have applied. We’ve had over 70 applications from across the Northwest of England.
With 2 intake phases complete and a 3rd completing in October, we’re mobilising for intake from 29th October 2024. Congruently we are working with those who have completed their course, project and first interview to secure employment.
The bootcamps have also received positive feedback from participants and stakeholders. Neil Horner, Director at P34B, emphasized the importance of the bootcamps in creating a pool of talent for the industry and supporting P34B’s project and business endeavours.
