In October 2023 P34B expanded.

Our core team of three became five when we welcomed Jessica Matthews (Jess)and Christopher Peel (Chris) in preparation for a busy 2024.

Chris came on board as a mature student work placement from Edge Hill University, back in January 2023. Studying a BSc in Business & Economics with a view to specialise in Business Analysis. Chris took on a Data Analytics project with us, and showed exemplary promise and skill in this area. Now delving into the world of Power BI, he will be taking the lead on helping our clients improve their D&A exploration and reporting, a field that has gained huge traction in the last decade.

Jess found us, following an extensive career working in the TV industry, seeking to challenge herself and change her career trajectory. Following a meeting with Neil Horner for mentorship and guidance, Jess recognised her transferrable skills and secured an opportunity with P34B. After 15 years working in broadcast and production, she brings a wealth of media experience and will be leading our Creative Media Projects.
