On a bright and sunny day, the team at P34B Ltd. gathered for their annual CSR Day, this time in collaboration with the Rivington Heritage Trust. The event, held at the picturesque Rivington Pike, was a testament to the company’s commitment to community service and environmental stewardship.

The day began with a warm welcome from Steve Jones, Project & Networks Co-Ordinator at P34B. The leadership team including Neil Horner and Sarah Horner, assembled at the Lower House Car Park. With the weather on their side, the group was ready for a day of hard work and camaraderie.

The primary activity for the day involved general maintenance tasks such as cutting back foliage and clearing stairways between the Bungalow and Great Lawn. Armed with spades, loppers, brushes, and rakes, the team worked diligently under the guidance of Briony Jolley from the Rivington Heritage Trust. The goal was to enhance the natural beauty of the area and ensure it remains accessible and enjoyable for visitors.

Lunch, provided by P34B Ltd., was a much-needed break where team members could relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. The afternoon saw continued efforts in maintaining the terraces, with everyone contributing their best to the cause.

The day was not just about physical labour; it was also an opportunity for team building and networking. After the activities, some team members, including Steve and Mike, headed to the nearby Rivington Brewery for a casual catch-up. It was a perfect end to a productive day, allowing everyone to unwind and reflect on their achievements.
