Since then, P34B has evolved through commitment, passion and perseverance earning trust, respect, accreditation and awards for real project outcomes.
P34B maintains a small, diverse leadership team, organically developed as success stories from previous placement, bootcamp or industry engagement.

Our Founding Director – Neil
Hi, I’m Neil, the founding director of P34B Ltd, I’m intent on ensuring the people and business we work with succeed through project management. I provide our clients and project sponsors with a clear point of contact whilst ensuring the team of emerging professionals we engage receive the very best support from myself and the team we’re evolving. I achieve this through effective project management. Concurrently and voluntarily, I lead a Northwest Network of Project Professionals.
I am invested in fostering innovation and excellence. P34B empowers individuals and businesses to surpass conventional limits with an increase in pace. As a Chartered Manager and APM Fellow my expertise is independently endorsed. P34B is endorsed through Corporate Social Responsibility accreditation, Achilles assured compliance with national awards for innovation and excellence.
I am particularly proud that the P34B business model is enabling people from all backgrounds with experiences ranging from Key Stage 4 to University Students, to career transitioning professionals to understand and enjoy a world where projects enable advancement in capability.
Our Head of People Support – Sarah
I’m Sarah, the people and mentoring lead at P34B. my focus is on the people we support, our team and their development. I provide each and all with a safe and supportive point of contact as they navigate inevitable challenges and emotions associated with project delivery. Whilst supporting our team and business, I volunteer my time in support of local youth zones and evolve my new developing sign language skills. As the Director of People Support at P34B, I am deeply committed to nurturing talent and providing a supportive environment for all. My passion for care and business expertise drives me to offer a framework that appreciates, reassures and uplifts everyone we collaborate with. My own professional development journey has been enriched by enhancing my project management skills. I am pleased and proud of our ability to support people and businesses by being ourselves, working to our strengths and enjoying diversity.
Meet Steve
Steve is the Projects & Networks co-ordinator for P34B. Steve ensures our project portfolio is managed and monitored effectively and consistently. Whilst maintaining our systems, Steve ensures our projects adopt the fundamentals of P34B’s project management framework. With a passion for supporting people, Steve facilitates our industry placement projects and skills programmes. Driven by a passion for supporting people and emerging talent. Steve transitioned from hospitality to education and is now coordinating projects at P34B since 2022. Steves proactive planning skills and commitment to unlocking potential guide his current focus on developing His own skills on the project management fundamentals and gaining certification. His collaborative approach and proficiency in creating structured communities makes him a dynamic team contributor, ready to make a meaningful impact.
Meet Chris
Chris is our Digital Project Lead for P34B. Chris enables our leadership team and clients to reconcile and gain insight from existing data. Whilst addressing the agile demands of our business and clients today, Chris is enabling both to create digitally proficient capability for tomorrow through the delivery of all technical content on our Skills Bootcamps. With a solid foundation in manufacturing and a revitalised professional path post-university, Chris has thrived at P34B, utilising past skills while embracing data analysis, systematisation, and digital product creation. In a short time, Chris transitioned from an eager student on industry placement to leading technical projects, managing clients, and guiding others in skill development. His journey exemplifies the boundless possibilities when given the chance to grow.
Our community workforce
Each year P34B provide industry placements, industry projects, work experience and delivery skills programmes, including skills bootcamps, to support the next generation.
We have enabled over 1000 hours of industry placements, with us scheduled to support over 100 people per annum through our business. In 2023 we were commended for upskilling Lancashire and in 2024 were 2nd to Edge Hill in placement provider of the year.
Each individual engaging with P34B is treated as a team member and works on a real project.
Our model genuinely prepares people for industry whilst demonstrating to businesses that our next generation are extremely capable and impactful when supported by effective project management.
