P34B has had a great start to 2025.

Project Owners, Business Leaders & Emerging Professionals are really starting to understand P34B for themselves.  In Q1 2025 we’ve exceeded 50 people running through our business, working on projects, to advance their own futures, in parallel with supporting UK businesses across 5 different sectors in advancing their internal capabilities.

Our team has doubled in size, with our competency, capacity and capabilities growing organically through the delivery of our skills, placement and upskilling programmes.

Our Skills Bootcamp Projects have tested our resolve, as we’ve remained true to the ethos of supporting those who need/deserve the places.  Our programme, designed for people of all backgrounds, with limited or no experience in data and analytics with project management, has enabled us to refine our approach configuring an accessible framework which supports but does not intimidate those looking to engage with ‘industry’ develop new skills and progress their own projects, in many cases for the first time.  Our retention rates, feedback and success rates has reassured us that our model and approach is giving our participants what they need.  We have proposals in place to extend our model, across regions and to support an increased number of people and businesses.

Whilst supporting people through bootcamps we’ve also extended our placements portfolio.  For our 5th successive year we are providing placement opportunities for Edge Hill, whilst concurrently sponsoring new project teams with the University of Greater Manchester.  Our model is enabling multiple projects to be delivered by students for Industry.  We are in discussions to extend this portfolio further in 2025 Q2.

We have provided a T-Level placement in Project Management and delivered on our commitment to support the Armed Forces.  These experiences have both excited and inspired us to do more.  We have maintained our commitment to supporting schools and charities, by providing work experience opportunities for students to work on their projects with our support.  This has resulted in motivational feedback and outcomes.

We are delighted to be using our experiences in skills programme development, education advisory and project leadership to be designing and delivering sponsored programmes to support people from schools, youth zones and within community settings in progressing their opportunities.  We are taking action on this national priority to support those who need and deserve it.

The businesses we engage with are really starting to understand how P34B is so much more.  Our ability to address the project and business issues of today, whilst proactively contribute to addressing the skills, capability and pipeline demands of tomorrow, is being rapidly and progressively understood and appreciated.

Securing Management Consultancy of the year for the second year, further expanding our compliance and assurance arrangements, and finding ourselves on an increasing number of frameworks is really stabilising and solidifying P34B for the future.

Our Quarter 2 plan is in place, baselined and prepared.  We look forward to sharing our progress with you and thank all who have engaged with us throughout Q1 for being you and progressing as you do, through projects.
