P34B Ltd has officially signed the Armed Forces Covenant, demonstrating commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community. This reflects our dedication to ensuring that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, along with their families, are treated with fairness and respect.

What is the Armed Forces Covenant?

The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise by the nation that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, and their families, should not face disadvantages compared to other citizens in accessing public and private goods and services. It also acknowledges that special consideration is appropriate in some cases, especially for those who have given the most, such as the injured or bereaved.

Our Pledge

By signing the Covenant, P34B Ltd has committed to upholding its core principles. We pledge to:

  • Ensure that no member of the Armed Forces community faces disadvantage at work or in the community compared to other citizens.
  • Provide special consideration for those who have given the most, such as the injured or bereaved.

Our Journey

The journey to signing the Covenant has been both enlightening and rewarding. We have engaged with the Armed Forces Covenant (AFC) & Bronze Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) to formalise our commitments. Our Director, Neil Horner, has been at the forefront of this initiative, ensuring that our pledges are meaningful and impactful.

Looking Ahead

We are genuinely proud and excited about our pledges and the opportunities ahead. Our commitment to the Armed Forces community is not just a one-time gesture but an ongoing promise to support and engage with those who have served our nation. We look forward to working closely with the Armed Forces community and making a positive difference in their lives.

Join Us

We encourage other organisations to join us in signing the Armed Forces Covenant. Together, we can create a supportive environment for our heroes and their families, ensuring they receive the respect and support they deserve.
