P34B is continuing to support Lancashire County Council, people and businesses in closing the Skills Gap, through the delivery of Skills Bootcamps in Wave 5.

With the contract award process now concluded P34B are mobilising for programme delivery.  Accordingly, and in the spirit of developing capability through project delivery, P34B are offering local people opportunity to develop their skills and portfolio in project management, data and analytics and employability by supporting P34B through administrative support.

Starting in June, the Skills Bootcamp will provide a comprehensive curriculum designed to bridge the gap between theory and practical application. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts, gain hands-on experience, and build a strong foundation in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.

What sets this bootcamp apart is its accessibility. No prior experience is necessary, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to upskill or transition into a data-related career. Whether you’re a recent graduate, a career changer, or someone simply passionate about data, this program welcomes all.

Interested individuals are encouraged to apply early, as spaces are limited. To qualify, all you need is a genuine interest in data, a willingness to learn, and a passion for problem-solving. The course is free of charge, making it accessible to everyone.
